Grow Your Leadership Skills. Increase Your Value.

Timeless Topics for Women

"Moses needed only 10 Commandments, but he wasn't a woman navigating the business world."
~ Ellen E. Grant

Experience Dr. Grant’s dynamic blend of leadership expertise, mental health insight, and practical strategies when you hire her for yourself or to help the women in your organization reach their highest potential.

As a mental health therapist, consultant, and accomplished business leader, Ellen shares compelling stories of obstacles she’s overcome—being discounted, downsized, and passed over—and how she made the decision to harness the power within. She reveals how confidence-building, advanced credentials, and actionable strategies—outlined in her book, The Female Worker’s 14 Commandments for Powering Up Your Career—fueled her success.

Drawing on her background as a mental health therapist, Ellen helps people recognize how chronic stress, burnout, and emotional strain—often magnified by workplace inequities—can take a toll on both mental and physical health, contributing to conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, and weakened immunity.

By teaching strategies to strengthen emotional resilience, manage stress effectively, and cultivate self-worth, she not only equips participants to thrive professionally but also supports long-term health and well-being.

If your organization faces retention or satisfaction challenges among women—especially women of color—Ellen will design a workshop or presentation tailored to your needs.
